The Challenge
The challenge was to fit all key restaurant information into a single page without overwhelming users. The website also needed to work well for tourists and locals, support language accessibility, and make important actions like viewing the menu or booking a table easy to find.
The Solution
I started by creating personas and journey maps for two main user groups: tourists looking for an authentic dining experience and locals searching for a convenient place to eat. These insights helped define the content priorities and user flow. I then developed the information architecture and low-fidelity wireframes to structure the page clearly. The final design followed a mobile-first approach, using a hamburger menu for quick section access and an AI-powered translation feature to support international visitors.
The Result
The final mobile website helps tourists quickly find and understand restaurant information while browsing on their phones. With clear navigation, focused content, and AI translation, the experience becomes more accessible for visitors from different regions and supports faster decision-making before visiting or booking.
